There is a county wide IT outage which is ongoing from Monday. The surgery has limited access to all computer systems. There may be delays with appointments, the ability to submit an eConsult and processing of prescriptions requests. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes, the ICB are still investigating the cause and are looking for a resolution to these issues.
The eConsult service is open from 8am - 6:30pm Monday to Friday - This is not an emergency service.
(For Nurse/HCA appointments, e.g blood tests, smear tests etc. Please book online or call the surgery)
Please submit only non-urgent requests via eConsult as you may not get a response until the end of next working day. Please submit only one condition per eConsult
